To better support your health and wellness journey, I earned my Yoga Teacher Certification from the Rishikesh Yoga Association in India, the birthplace of Yoga itself. In addition to offering personalized coaching and chiropractic care, I also incorporate the fundamental principles of yoga in to my treatments. By integrating the timeless principles of Yoga into my work as a Wellness Coach and Chiropractor, I offer a truly well-rounded approach to healing, balance, and vitality. Whether it’s through physical postures, mindfulness techniques, or guided relaxation, I help people tap into deeper levels of well-being.
