Why am I so passionate about your Health & Wellbeing, and how can I help you?
Once upon a time, I didn’t prioritise myself, or my Health & Wellbeing. My history is one of teenage depression, eating disorder and anxiety throughout my life. This led to a lifetime of overthinking, people pleasing, imposter syndrome, low self worth/confidence etc etc. And in reality, even though I’ve been in health care for the last 12 years, I actually didn’t start prioritizing my own Health & Wellbeing until 3 years ago.
I was in an unhappy relationship, engaged to be married and I was totally burnt out from running a Chiropractic business which was making me miserable. I had run myself in to the ground until I couldn’t take it anymore. And that’s when I decided to make significant changes to my life. I sold my business and ended the relationship. But that’s not where it stopped. I then looked at my entire life, and why it is that I think the way I think, and behave the way I behave.
And I realized it was because I wasn’t happy with myself, and had no strategies in place that would help me achieve that. So that is what I have dedicated the past 2 years of my life to. To implementing changes to my life to create and maintain inner peace.
And that is why I am so passionate about this topic. Because I know it from the inside out.

How it works?
Step 1.
Book a Free 15 Minute Discovery Call to find out whether I can help with the change you are wanting to make.
Step 2.
Book a 60 Minute Initial Consultation, in which we will discuss where you currently are and where you want to be. We will determine what your long term goals are and then break them down into smaller, more achievable goals which will help you to reach your truest potential. Together, we will come up with a plan of action, and I will be with you every step of the way, holding you accountable for the changes that you want to make. Over time, your goals may change, or get added to and that is completely ok. We will adapt as we go along.
Step 3.
We will book 30 minute follow up appointments, initially at weekly intervals, allowing you time to implement the changes that you have decided upon. The main goal is to get you to the point where you have all the skills you need to continue living your best life without my help. But have no fear, I will be there to support you for as long as you feel you need me.
