How it works?
Step 1: Book a Free 15-Minute Discovery Call
Let’s start with a free 15-minute Discovery Call to discuss where you are and what you’re looking to change. This is your chance to ask questions and find out if my approach is the right fit for your needs.
Step 2: Book a 60-Minute Initial Consultation
In our 60-minute Initial Consultation, we’ll dive deep into where you are right now and where you want to be. Together, we’ll clarify your long-term goals and break them down into achievable steps that will help you unlock your truest potential. I’ll work closely with you to create a personalised action plan, and I’ll be here to hold you accountable every step of the way.
Remember, goals can evolve over time, and that’s completely okay. We’ll adapt and adjust your plan as you grow and progress.
Step 3: Ongoing Support with Follow-Up Appointments
After our initial session, we’ll schedule 30-minute follow-up appointments, typically at weekly intervals. This allows you the time and space to implement the changes we’ve discussed. The main goal is to equip you with the skills and mindset needed to live your best life independently. but I’ll be there to support you for as long as you need me.
Together, we’ll celebrate your successes, overcome any challenges, and ensure that you stay on track to reach your goals.

My Journey to Health & Wellness and why I'm so passionate about yours
There was a time in my life when I didn’t prioritise myself or my health. Looking back, I can see how much I struggled with teenage depression, an eating disorder, and anxiety that seemed to follow me everywhere. These challenges led to years of overthinking, people-pleasing, and feeling like I was never enough, constantly battling imposter syndrome, low self-worth, and a lack of confidence. Even though I’d been in healthcare for over 12 years, I didn’t truly start taking care of myself until just a few years ago.
At that point, I found myself stuck in an unhappy relationship, engaged to be married, and completely burnt out from running a Chiropractic business that no longer brought me joy. I had pushed myself so hard, but I reached a breaking point.
That’s when I made a life-changing decision: I sold my business and ended the relationship. But that was just the beginning.
I took a long, hard look at my life, my thoughts, my habits, and why I had been living in a way that didn’t truly serve me. What I discovered was simple yet powerful: I wasn’t happy with myself, and I didn’t have the right tools to change that.
For the last two years, I’ve been focused on creating and maintaining inner peace through lifestyle changes, mindfulness, and personal growth. This journey has not only transformed my life, but it’s also ignited a passion in me to help others do the same. That’s why I’m so deeply committed to guiding you toward a healthier, more balanced life, because I’ve walked that path, and I know how powerful it can be.
