But here’s the thing… when we add more stress on top of that surge, like scrolling through our phones, skipping breakfast, or rushing out the door, we start the day with a nervous system already in overdrive.

And what to avoid?
📱 Phone scrolling – Floods your brain with stimulation before you’ve even said good morning.
☕ Coffee straight away – Can spike stress hormones and cause crashes later.
💪 High-intensity exercise first thing – Might not be the best way to wake a tired system.
🧊 Cold plunges too early – Great for some, but too much too soon for others.
🏃 Rushing – Sets your system into fight-or-flight before you’ve even left the house.
